We had the opportunity to interview Khun. Surang Janyam.When discussing the entertainment district known as Patpong, many people's minds immediately associate it with scantily clad women dancing around poles, engaging with customers who come to drink, often consummating in sexual encounters. The term service women is frequently used in a derogatory manner, reflecting the societal stigma and lack of acceptance surrounding their profession.

On February 14, 2023, the SWING Pattaya Medical Technology Clinic launched the Same Day ART service. This service enables individuals who test positive for HIV to receive antiretroviral medication on the same day, minimizing the waiting period and promoting long-term self-care sustainability.12 May 2024

Research estimates of the LGBTQ+ population and life circumstances and health of LGBTQ+ people.SWING had the honor of participating in a press conference on May 12, 2024, to announce the launch of the project "Research on Estimates of the LGBTQ+ Population and Life and Health Situations of LGBTQ+ People." This collaborative research, organized by the Institute for Population and Social Research at Mahidol University, aims to survey the LGBTQ+ community's lifestyle and health. The event was supported by the Bureau for Supporting the Health of Specific Population Groups (Bureau 9), the Office of Health Promotion Support (Thai Health Promotion Foundation), and the National Statistics Office. Representatives from civil society organizations and the diversity community were also in attendance.
